- 2 large chicken breasts, sliced thin
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 large flour tortillas
- Chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
- Add chicken slices, season with salt and pepper, cook until browned and cooked through.
- Lay tortillas flat, distribute cooked chicken evenly, sprinkle with shredded cheese and chopped parsley.
- Roll up the tortillas tightly and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 minutes until cheese is melted and wraps are golden.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add a dash of chili flakes or your favorite herbs.
- Serve with a side salad or dipping sauce of your choice.
