- 1 store-bought or homemade bread loaf
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh herbs (parsley, thyme)
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Optional red pepper flakes for spice
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bread loaf into a crisscross pattern, not cutting all the way through.
- Mix mozzarella, Parmesan, herbs, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes in a bowl.
- Stuff the cheese mixture into the cuts of the bread.
- Drizzle melted butter over the top and edges.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
