- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add broth, turmeric, carrots, and celery. Bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until vegetables are tender.
- Add shredded chicken and greens, cook for additional 5 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper. Garnish with parsley before serving.
