Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or heat oil for frying.
- Set up breading stations: flour, beaten eggs, and seasoned breadcrumbs.
- Dip mozzarella cubes in flour, then eggs, then breadcrumbs.
- For baked version: place on a baking sheet lined with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden.
- For fried version: fry in hot oil for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden, then drain on paper towels.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add grated Parmesan or chopped herbs to the breadcrumb mixture.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
