- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or almonds)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange saltine crackers in a single layer.
- In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar over medium heat, stirring until smooth and bubbly. Boil for 2-3 minutes.
- Pour caramel mixture evenly over crackers. Bake for 8-10 minutes until bubbly.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips over hot caramel. Let sit for 2 minutes, then spread melted chocolate evenly.
- Sprinkle chopped nuts on top. Allow to cool completely before breaking into pieces.
