- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup crab meat, cooked and chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 20 wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, crab meat, and shredded cheddar cheese until well blended.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water, fold to form a triangle, and pinch the edges to seal.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Fry the wontons until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.
